SEALAND INVESTMENT LTD was founded and incorporated in Malawi in the
year 2005 as a private limited company to engage in the business of trading
in fertilisers, agricultural commodities, farm inputs and other general consumer
merchandise to the local Malawian market


Since incorporation Sealand Investments has extensively imported and supplied
fertiliser to the Malawian market and in particular to the Malawi Government under the subsidy program. It also continues to supply various homegrown agricultural commodities to local private enterprises as well as the National Food
Reserve Agency, the donor community, NGO’s and other private commercial
organisations. Sealand group of companies also include Aluminium Industries
Ltd, Country Lodge Ltd and N3 Construction Co. Ltd with further plans to invest
in a food processing plant and a ceramic manufacturing plant in the near future.


Since incorporation, Sealand Investments Ltd has grown from strength to strength
in the various diverse sectors of the economy. The shareholders of Sealand Investments Ltd, having had over 35 years of business experi¬ence in Malawi, believe that the economic climate of Malawi is currently on an upward turn, which is
evident in the shareholders’ pledge to continually inject vast financial resources in
Malawi in various economic activities. The shareholders take great pride in their
past and present input in successfully pioneering projects in the manufacturing
sector amongst them which are fertiliser, poultry, animal feed, cooking oil, soft
drinks, aluminium windows/doors/kitchens & wardrobes to mention a few.
